Key Responsibilities: Support, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewall environments. Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and security. Collaborate with internal IT teams to deliver efficient network solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Network Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Expertise in Cisco Networking; Routing and Switching and Fortinet firewall administration. Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications: CCNA essential, CCNP or Higher is preferred.
