Job Description In this hands-on role, you will provide vital support across a range of operational and administrative tasks to help keep the team running smoothly. Tasks include: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management to assist the operations team Act as the first point of contact for inbound phone calls, professionally handling customer queries and directing calls as appropriate Assist with customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving simple issues, and escalating more complex matters to relevant team members Support the wider team with general ad hoc tasks, such as scheduling, coordination, and assisting with internal communications Track sales orders diligently, maintaining accurate records and updating estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to keep customers and internal stakeholders informed Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of operational tasks Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail to support operational efficiency The Successful Applicant We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can contribute effectively from day one.
