Job Description Join our North Sydney team managing corporate property portfolios across Australia. You'll oversee lease administration, financial management, reporting, transactions, and client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and strategic portfolio management. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between clients and Colliers, managing interactions and escalations. Oversee lease administration, rent reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations, including lease surrenders and make-goods. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Maintain client relationships and ensure KPIs are consistently met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes. Qualifications 5 years’ experience in corporate real estate/property management. Strong lease administration, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication, data management, and compliance expertise. Familiarity with MRI management systems (or similar) is highly advantageous.
