This is a day shift-only role in a modern facility with a strong safety culture and a supportive, self-led team. What You’ll Be Doing As a key part of our maintenance team, you’ll help keep our 24/7 manufacturing operations running smoothly by: Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns (80% of issues are electrical) Working with PLCs, sensors, motors, pumps, and telemetry systems Supporting continuous improvement (CI) initiatives Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards Collaborating with production teams to resolve faults quickly and effectively What You’ll Need A Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Strong fault-finding skills and a willingness to learn PLCs (Allen Bradley), SCADA (Citect), and VSDs A proactive, safety-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude Why You’ll Love It Here Day shift only – 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-on/3-off, 3-on/4-off roster (7am - 7pm) NO WEEKENDS Paid breaks and license renewal reimbursement Work in a large, nationally critical site with direct access to leadership Be part of a self-led, empowered team that values your input Ready to Make an Impact?
