This is a new full-time opportunity, and the successful applicant can be located form either our Bathurs t or Dubbo offices, both located on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the charge on daily intake and admin ops for the program—keeping things smooth, structured, and member-focused. Be the friendly face (and voice!) of the team—delivering top-notch service to members, staff, and stakeholders while handling enquiries like a pro. Keep the wheels turning —from answering phones to booking travel, managing docs, and tackling all things admin with flair. Get your data game on —create forms, track info, support billing and claims, and make spreadsheets sing to help the team deliver their best. Admin all-rounder – you’ve got experience supporting teams and keeping things running smoothly. Tech-savvy & confident – especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (you and spreadsheets are basically besties). Fast, accurate data entry – details don’t stand a chance of slipping by you.
