ABOUT THE ROLE As an Administrative Officer - VCE Programs, your key responsibilities include: Provide high quality and timely customer service to a broad range of clients including students, parents and employers Develop complex reports to support business area objectives Organise promotional material and planning of scheduled information events Provide timely and accurate assistance to all internal and external customers with general enquiries to ensure that customer service is a positive experience Provide accurate course advice for students, parents and other stakeholders Assist in managing all VCE, VCAL and VET student records on the state government’s Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) web-based system including enrolment data entry, student results and maintenance for all senior secondary students at Chisholm Assist with the management and scheduling of appropriate room allocations to support teaching and non-teaching operations Assist managing the Chisholm VCE examination process including GAT and final examinations based on VCAA guidelines Provide enrolment administration support to students and staff in a professional and engaging manner aligned to Customer Service guidelines ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrable current experience in providing administration in a multidiscipline working environment.
