About the Role – Make a Real Difference Every Day We’re looking for a passionate Administration Officer to join our team. This role provides administrative and program support to the Intensive Family Support program and team. Level 3 SCHCADS Award. Salary range: $73,804 - $79,139 (pro-rata) Superannuation. Temporary part time (0.6FTE) position until 31 July 2026. What You’ll Be Doing Efficiently and effectively manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails. Interact in a professional and courteous manner with all clients and visitors. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director, Managers, Program Coordinators, and other team members. What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent. At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, supporting a busy office and team — ideally in the human services sector . Strong administration and time management skills , with the ability to manage tasks autonomously. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and experience working with finance systems. Clear and professional communication skills , both written and verbal. Other Things You’ll Need A current Working with Children Check (or eligible for professional exemption). A valid driver’s licence .
