We are seeking a Sales Representative – Medical Devices for a Sydney South territory. Join a leading distributor of high-quality and innovative ostomy medical devices. The position will be based in Sydney and reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, looking after an NSW south and Canberra territory with a target customer group of Stomal Therapy Nurses, Continence Nurses, other healthcare professionals and Ostomy Associations. Part time option is available (4 days a week) Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the product, including features, benefits, and clinical applications. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Providing product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals and community channels. Build and maintain relationships with clinician, nurses, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and gather feedback. Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to promote the products and gather insights. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a related field (Business, Nursing, Science or similar). Previous medical device, consumables or pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience with public and private hospitals. Commercially driven focus with a proven ability to drive sales with a high level negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team with a “can-do” attitude. Willingness and flexibility to travel for customer visits and training sessions.
