About the Role An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a visionary and hands-on leader to manage Pacific National’s new Driver Training Academy in Nebo. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive innovation in learning delivery, and build the next generation of rail professionals. Key Responsibilities include: Lead and inspire a training team and a next generation rail training services provider, creating a culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence Oversee the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals Oversee safe, effective, and compliant training programs, including simulator-based and blended learning Oversee the PN RTO compliance and continuously improve learning strategies and a blended learning curriculum Build relationships with government, industry bodies, and education partners to expand our training impact About You We are looking for a strategic leader with experience in vocational training and operational excellence. You will have an authentic, inspiring, inclusive, energetic, and engaging leadership style as well as understand the compliance landscape and know how to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
