Our client, is seeking a talented individual to join their fantastic team! This pivotal role offers a flexible schedule (30 hours per week being 4 days or perhaps school hours) and provides essential administrative and accounting support to both the General Manager and the busy Trust Accounting team. You'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth financial and operational flow of the agency. Key Responsibilities: General accounting duties using MYOB, including processing outgoing invoices, payroll (backup) invoice entry. checking files, reconcile accounts and credit cards etc Providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager. Assisting the Trust Accounting team with various administrative tasks. General office management duties to ensure efficient operations. You are a proactive and meticulous individual with a background in accounting. You thrive in a supportive team environment and possess excellent organisational skills. We are looking for someone who fits well with a team and has a 'how can I help' approach. Salary depending on experience $70,000 - $80,000 Super To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Ideally a minimum of Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. Proven previous accounting experience. Demonstrated experience working in an office environment. Experience with MYOB accounting software Previous experience in real estate trust accounting will be a significant advantage.
