$138K Including Super Sydney Location Fixed Term – Until April 2027 About the Role: Our client is a cluster of the NSW State Government who are looking for a Building Services Engineer with a mechanical/HVAC background to join a multi-disciplinary team working across a large, high-profile Sydney property portfolio. You'll work on a range of building projects and upgrades – ensuring compliance, driving sustainability, and delivering reliable services infrastructure across a busy campus environment. Responsibilities: Lead inspections and reviews of mechanical/HVAC systems and broader building services Provide technical input across design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases Oversee energy efficiency projects and infrastructure upgrades Manage documentation, asset data, and lifecycle planning Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes Support compliance, defect resolution, and engineering standards across the portfolio Requirements: Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar Experience with HVAC systems, mechanical plant, and BMS Familiarity with other building services: fire, electrical, hydraulic, lighting Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives Comfortable working across large and complex built environments How to Apply: Submit your CV via SEEK or email directly to Donny For more information or to request the position description, feel free to get in touch.
