Company: Talent World on behalf of A3 Tech Pty Ltd Location: Adelaide, SA (Project-based across metro and regional South Australia) Position Title: Network Electrical Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary Range: $79,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation About the Role Talent World, on behalf of our client A3 TECH PTY LTD , is seeking a Network Electrical Engineer to support projects related to NBN infrastructure rollout and related power systems in South Australia. This is a full-time permanent role based in Adelaide , with potential travel to surrounding regional areas. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, install, and supervise electrical systems for telecommunications infrastructure, particularly NBN-related installations (nodes, cabinets, power feeders). Diagnose and resolve electrical faults affecting network reliability and voltage supply. Assist with commissioning of feeder lines, transformer systems, and backup power sources. Conduct testing and verification of CTs, PTs, distribution meters, and transformers. Interpret and implement electrical schematics, control drawings, and layout designs. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards, including AS/NZS regulations. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of works. Document maintenance records, inspection reports, and regulatory submissions. Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent qualification). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical engineering roles, particularly involving network, distribution, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with telecommunications power systems and substation environments is desirable. Proven skills in fault diagnosis, site testing, and technical reporting. Strong understanding of Australian safety and quality standards. Good communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
