General Manager of Sales - Property — Victoria, Australia

Job description The Client Our client is a leading Property Developer who specialise within Masterplanned Communities. Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a General Manager of Sales to come on board and build out their sales capability. The Role Reporting into the founders of the business this role will see you lead and build the sales function for the organisation, day to day would include but not be limited to; Integrate and improve internal workflows to optimise client experience Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants Define the Sales Strategy across Residential and Commercial Developments Manage and grow the businesses network of channel partners Support on large transactions and development proposals. Some travel across Melbourne between different project sites About You Strong sales leadership experience in the property sector Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong network within the Property Industry and capable of driving business expansion Previous experience with improving or implementing CRM Systems Hands on people manager $150k - $180k Super Comms Please note this role requires travel to different sites so a full driver's license is required and unrestricted working rights.
