The Role Kieser is seeking a growth-minded, relationships focused Medical Partnerships Sales Lead to strengthen local outbound sales capability and support scalable growth of medical referral relationships across the national Kieser clinic network. Reporting to the Head of Medical Partnerships, key responsibilities include: Developing & delivering training and onboarding of Kieser’s outbound sales workforce, through both face to face and online medium Delivering sales leadership workshops, coaching and mentoring Translating medical referral data/analysis into sales and CRM strategies Contributing to the development of sales enablement resources to enhance physician relationship management Contributing to Kieser’s medical event and trade show/conference strategy and support execution through training, coaching and attendance Working closely with a national Medical Referral Advisory group consisting of senior Regional Partnership Leaders and relevant Kieser stakeholders Working with the Kieser’s Learning & Development team to develop learning modules that will strengthen medical sales skills across the business Contributing to the development of sales and CRM strategies for new business opportunities Supporting Regional Leaders in sustainable sales workforce development – recruitment, retention, development plans, succession planning, training. Participating in management discussions to enhance sales, business, and marketing plans This position is based in South Melbourne, VIC at our National Clinic Support office with hybrid working opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Essential Tertiary Qualification in Medical Science, Allied Health, Business Management or related fields essential. Proven track record in delivering relationship sales targets. Ability to manage a sales territory and lead a sales team. Good understanding of the medical/healthcare industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders. A strong network and relationships within the healthcare industry.
