About the Role We are looking for a driven and diverse Store Manager to oversee the Retail Showroom, Trade and Design departments of their Fortitude Valley Store. As the Store Manager of the business, you will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service, store sales, profit results and achieving KPIs. You will love being the 'Leader' of your team, providing coaching and training to drive sales and develop your team to achieve great success. As the Manager, you will merchandise and present the showroom, ensuring it is visually appealing. A Profit Share bonus structure ensures a reward for effort. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a retail and customer service management environment Experience in Trade accounts would be preferable, but not necessary Strong attention to detail High energy and eagerness to drive your team to success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current Drivers Licence What's in it for you?
