What You’ll Do Provide Level 1/2 support for Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory) and general hardware (PCs, printers, laptops). Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues across multiple studio and office locations. Install and configure software, perform system updates, and manage hardware replacements. Respond to and manage support tickets via an ITIL-based system, always with a strong customer service approach. Work independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
