This role involves case managing students requiring additional support, coordinating and implementing Individual Plans and Learning Profiles, and delivering targeted interventions across a range of settings. The Learning Support Teacher and Case Manager collaborates closely with teachers, families, and external professionals to support inclusive practices, curriculum differentiation, and the effective use of data to inform teaching. They also contribute to NCCD compliance, maintain accurate records, and support the transition of students at key educational stages. With a strong understanding of evidence-based strategies and a commitment to student wellbeing and achievement, the Learning Support Teacher and Case Manager is a key contributor to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. About you The Learning Support Teacher and Case Manager works with the Learning Support Team, ensuring exceptional support for students through effective collaboration, compliance with educational standards, and the integration of innovative teaching practices.
