We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our fantastic sales team based in Lidcombe, Sydney. Your responsibilities will be to build on solid existing client relationships while also utilising your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your sales territory. You will also be working closely with the Birdwork team to provide a high level of service to satisfy internal and external customers, whilst providing leadership and support to all internal team members. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from the Sales Manager, Business Manager and the Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for these key areas: Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales You will have skills and experience including: 3-5 years of B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets Proven ability to source new business and customers and leveraging existing relationships to increase sales Experienced in working with CRM Systems, Google systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience in construction, operations or bird and pest management will be highly regarded Ability to cold-call & plan to sales territory Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously Be comfortable working at heights Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Full Australian Drivers Licence The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, police and reference checks.
