The Role: Responsible for high quality time and attendance activities to ensure all employees are paid correctly, on time and in line with all local legislation. Maintain and update employee time records in Kronos or SuccessFactors as needed (e.g. Updating rosters/work schedules). Monitor time entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our EA (Enterprise Agreements) and address and resolve any discrepancies in time records promptly. With exceptional customer service skills, address employee enquiries about timekeeping Monthly and quarterly auditing to ensure compliance with EA agreements Generate and analyse timekeeping reports for HR and management.
