About the team Bravehearts’ Education team designs and delivers child protection training to educators, carers, families, and organisations across Australia, through high-quality digital learning products, empowering diverse audiences. About the position The eLearning Designer & Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining Bravehearts’ digital child protection training products. This role designs engaging, accessible content for a range of audiences and ensures training remain current and aligned with best practices. It also manages the Learning Management System (LMS), supports clients, and helps deliver and evaluate digital learning initiatives. We are looking for someone on a part time basis, 4 days per week. Successful applicants must be able to work from our Arundel office on the Gold Coast. About You You have strong expertise in instructional and eLearning design, with a proven ability to translate complex content into engaging, interactive learning experiences. You’re proficient in Articulate 360 (including Rise), LMS platforms (especially Absorb), and familiar with SCORM compliance and digital accessibility standards. You bring experience designing eLearning and video-based content and are comfortable using tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia production. You’re a collaborative and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments where you can manage competing priorities with flexibility and professionalism. You’re authentic, ethical, and driven by purpose, with a genuine passion for creating learning experiences that make a positive social impact—particularly in the area of child protection. You must either currently hold a Working with Children Blue Card or be willing to obtaining one. Why join Bravehearts?
