About the Role We are urgently seeking experienced Industrial Electricians and Electrical Trade Assistants for an immediate start on a high-profile Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Brendale, QLD . This project is a critical part of Queensland’s clean energy transition and offers excellent conditions for qualified experienced tradespeople ready to hit the ground running. Dayshift and Nightshift available 6am - 5pm Days 5pm - 4am Nights Must be loacated within a 45 minute radius from Brendale Key Responsibilities Electricians: Install cable trays, ladders, and heavy-duty conduits Perform panel wiring, switchboard terminations, and infrastructure upgrades Terminate and handle large-format cabling – including 630mm copper and 300mm aluminium Support the commissioning phase of a cutting-edge BESS system Work from electrical schematics and maintain a strong safety focus Electrical Trade Assistants: Assist with big cable handling and site preparation Install conduit, support cable runs, and manage site materials/tools General labour duties and electrical support tasks Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on site What We're Looking For Electricians: Current QLD Electrical Licence Proven experience with large cabling (630mm copper & 300mm aluminium essential) Minimum 3 years' industrial infrastructure experience - Essential Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Bonus: Previous BESS or renewable energy project experience Trade Assistants: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or construction environment Big cable handling experience highly regarded White Card (Construction Induction) Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive team player Bonus: Exposure to BESS or renewable sites Why Join Us? ✔ Top pay rates – Electricians: $68.75/hr | Trade Assistants: $40–$50/hr ✔ Immediate start – roles available NOW ✔ 11-hour days Mon–Fri 8-hour Saturdays (penalty rates as per site agreement) ✔ Weekly pay cycle ✔ Be part of a flagship renewable energy project ✔ Great site culture with experienced supervisors ✔ Employee Referral Program – earn bonuses for bringing great people on board Apply Now Ready to get started this week?
