Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Hitting performance targets while maintaining a friendly, professional approach. About you: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the trades or services industry . Clear and confident communication - both over the phone and in writing. Great listening skills and a natural ability to build rapport. Comfortable working with call volumes and performance goals.
