About the Role As the Draftsperson/Designer , you’ll play a pivotal role in turning concepts into manufacturable designs. Your drawings will help innovative solutions to life, with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and clarity. You'll be responsible for: Creating detailed technical drawings from briefs and conceptual ideas Collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and efficient Editing and marking up drafts quickly and precisely Interpreting design briefs and specifications into clear, build-ready documentation Maintaining design records and revisions for full traceability Upholding exceptional standards in documentation and technical accuracy What We’re Looking For Proficient drafting and design skills, preferably in the construction or prefab sector Ability to work independently and interpret conceptual ideas into tangible outputs Solid understanding of production/manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail with documentation and version control Previous experience in estimating is a huge plus!
