About the Role This is a unique opportunity to lead a mid-sized team of biomedical engineers in a critical healthcare setting. The successful candidate will not only provide strong leadership and mentoring but also remain highly hands-on in the servicing, maintenance, and support of essential hospital medical equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of biomedical engineers and technicians. Ensure all hospital equipment is maintained, calibrated, and repaired in line with safety and compliance standards. Liaise closely with clinical staff and hospital departments to support biomedical needs. Provide technical expertise and hands-on support for troubleshooting complex equipment issues. Manage workloads, maintenance schedules, and resource planning. Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in a hospital or healthcare biomedical setting. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong hands-on skills with a variety of hospital equipment (e.g., patient monitoring systems, infusion pumps, imaging devices, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
