We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Tool Store Administrator to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team in Holsworthy, NSW. Your responsibilities will include: Key responsibilities for the Tool Equipment Administrators will include, but not be limited to; Assist in the effective management of the tool store, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly and readily accessible. Provide support for the calibration, maintenance, and servicing of S&TE (Support and Test Equipment) and GSE (Ground Support Equipment). Analyse and support the inventory databases for S&TE and GSE to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Manage the ordering process for common consumables including gases, petrol, oils, lubricants, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in the implementation and support of supply chain activities and processes. Prepare for, coordinate, and conduct Asset and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) audits. Maintain inventory controls, undertake stocktakes, and ensure the accuracy of equipment holdings. Support continuous improvement initiatives and work towards the closure of non-conformities (NCs) and other quality findings. About you: Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the tool store and supporting the broader supply chain and asset management functions. Extensive experience in Defence or similar logistics roles, with a strong background in Inventory Control, Asset Management, Supply Chain, stock control, and inventory management. Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and action tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and provide regular updates. Strong experience in warehousing and related functions. A valid forklift licence is required to operate warehouse equipment safely.
