You’ll be: Connecting with our customers across phone, email, and more to provide proactive, high-quality support. Partnering with our Support Team and Service Partners to onboard new customers and guide them through their HomeMade experience. Coaching and empowering customers to manage their own Home Care Packages and achieve their personal goals. Keeping customer profiles up to date and managing account documentation with care and precision. Identifying and resolving customer concerns with empathy, and escalating when needed. Collaborating with the team in workshops and meetings to help shape and improve how we work. Helping customers get the best out of our systems and Service Partner platforms. Sticking to team processes, hitting key milestones, and contributing to a vibrant, purpose-driven team.
