We have an opportunity available in our Energy division for a Senior Project Administrator. This position is a full-time permanent role based in our Victoria Park Headquarters. Organising flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilisation Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence Reporting to effectively manage compliance Monitoring Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for Division as required Assisting with payroll queries and leave requests What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in a high volume admin environment Resources experience is desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Life at Monadelphous There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
