Mills Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator for a minimum 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension) to join one of our top-tier clients – a leading organisation renowned for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Australia. With a project portfolio spanning mining, LNG installations, power stations, and telecommunications infrastructure, this role offers an exciting chance to contribute to nationally significant developments. About the Project Our client has been engaged to deliver a Feasibility Study through to EPCM construction and commissioning for a high-profile project involving both Greenfield and Brownfield works. This includes extensive earthworks through challenging terrain, new crushing facilities, and transmission line installations. Responsibilities Lead contract formation activities, including bid packages, legal documentation, and negotiating terms. Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including compliance monitoring, forecasting, and progress reporting. Coordinate operational and commercial aspects of contracts with internal and external stakeholders. Manage complex contract changes and negotiations. Maintain project-specific contract documentation and ensure adherence to procedures. About you: Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications. Advanced expertise in contract administration within large infrastructure or EPCM environments. Proven ability to manage complex contractual negotiations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Deep understanding of commercial, legal, and procedural aspects of contract management.
