To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Logistics Officer at our Forrestfield Site ( Fixed Term contract until February 2026 ). Coordinate with production planning and orders, freight bookings, and liaise with warehouse and third-party transport for product movement. Communicate shipment status, tracking forecasts, and ensure high-quality customer service. Prepare all loading paperwork accurately. Prepare forward production demand and estimated loadout plan dates in the system. Align scheduled volumes with demand and shipment plans. Review freight invoices and enter commercial invoices into the relevant system. Qualifications Experience in export documentation, logistical or production scheduling preferred. Excellent organisational skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Teamwork orientated. Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving goals through continuous improvement.
