The company has been on a continual growth trajectory and as such looking for someone to join the team to be a key member in multiple IT ERP projects. About Your New Role: In this role, you will support the successful delivery of projects by providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team. You will be a key point of contact for project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication across stakeholders. Your Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, meetings, and deliverables. • Schedule and coordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking • Coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple concurrent ERP migration projects • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records. • Track progress and update project management tools and systems. • Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and external partners. • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs. • Support budget tracking and procurement processes as required. • Ensure compliance with company and project policies, procedures, and standards.
