We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Support Officer to support our operations team in Alice Springs. This is a hands-on role providing administrative support across a range of activities—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working with purpose. About the Role This part-time role (15–25 hours per week) supports the smooth running of several programs, including the Community Development Program (CDP). Duties include: Ochre Card applications & renewals Track expiry dates, chase documents, submit applications, and follow up with staff. Travel coordination & calendar management Process staff travel requests, confirm bookings, and coordinate calendars. Accommodation bookings Make, change, or cancel bookings and liaise with providers. Vehicle servicing logistics Monitor maintenance schedules and assist with transport coordination. Key & asset register management Track and manage laptops, sat phones, and other items using sign-in/out logs. Trip shopping support Create shopping lists, purchase supplies, and ensure staff dietary needs are met. Phone call triage (CDP) Answer and redirect calls, take messages, and provide general information. General admin support Data entry, formatting documents, printing, and supporting events or reports as needed.
