ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS PARTNER — The Rocks, Sydney

13th June, 2025 Position Summary & Primary Objectives Reporting into the Executive Business Partner, the Administrative Business Partner is a key member of the shared services team. Key Roles & Responsibilities Provide executive administrative support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members in addition to providing office and facilities management. Maintain complex calendars of ELT and founders including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives Structure cadence of ELT calendars to support long-term business objectives Manage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when needed Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and priorities Attend ELT/business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables Partner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they arise Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years’ senior leader support experience, with some C-level support experience preferred Experience in complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organisation Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar Exceptionally organised, relentlessly resourceful, calm under pressure, strategic multi-tasker, with a deep love of logistics and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams within CyberCX Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business Personal Attributes Professional and ethical, you inspire trust and confidence through integrity and respect Customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers Innovative and open to change, you are focused on finding opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to optimise work processes Apply For Job
