Our client is one of the largest infrastructure and essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand. The Role: ASAP start until 31/08/2025 (Leave cover). Hybrid work setup, generally 3 days in the office and 2 from home with flexible work hours within business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm). Key Duties & Responsibilities: Process payroll for approx. 430 wage employees and ensure compliance Manage payroll-related tasks 2–3 days per week, including timesheet follow-ups, manual adjustments, roster checks, and final reconciliations to ensure accurate data Handle the shared inbox and respond to timesheet queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed and ensuring EA and compliance alignment Support the finance team with general admin and reporting tasks Skills & Experience Required: Accurate and confident in processing timesheets and data to ensure correct, on-time staff payments Experienced in payroll, financial admin, accounting software, and Excel (including Pivot Tables), with solid knowledge of financial regulations Experience with SAP, Enterprise Agreements/Awards, and ideally a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Connect People encourage individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities to apply for our positions.
