About the Role As part of their growing team, you will support the Project Manager in managing the administrative functions of various projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s systems, client requirements, and contractual specifications. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the administrative aspects of project management in line with company policies and industry standards. Ensuring that the projects meet client expectations regarding quality, timelines, and budget. Overseeing the preparation of tender packages, ensuring all scope items are accurately covered. Managing procurement processes and ensuring subcontractor information is correctly processed. Monitoring and ensuring the timely payment of progress claims and variations. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction sector. A successful track record of delivering projects from start to finish. Demonstrated career stability and reliability. You must be degree qualified to be considered for this position. Must have Australian industry experience.
