As a driver for Sands Fridge Lines', you will play a vital role in delivering quality service to our customers within the road transport industry. What you'll be doing · Safely operate a rigid truck · Transport goods and materials · Adhere to all road rules and safety regulations · Maintain accurate logs and documentation · Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles · Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients · Contribute to the overall efficient operation of the transport fleet · Conducting your pre-start checks · Unload deliveries with care and as per customer requirements. To be considered for this role · Be physically fit and able to load / unload trucks by hand · Hold a current, valid and unrestricted HR license · Experience in driving a manual gear box · Have strong attention to detail with paperwork · Be able to demonstrate clear, concise and fluent English communication skills (both verbally and written) · Preferably possess a valid Forklift ticket · Reliable and punctual, with a flexible approach to working hours
