About the Position We are looking to welcome an Administration Officer to provide administrative support for the Act for Kids Nambour Centre Sunshine Coast (Therapy Services, Individual Support Services and Safe Families) and other services as required. Full time permanent position. Includes travel to various locations across Brisbane North as required. Level 3 SCHCADS Award. Salary range: $73,804 – $79,139 Superannuation. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently and respectfully manage reception, incoming phone calls and all correspondence, including emails. Interact in a professional and courteous manner with all families, community members and visitors. Provide clerical and administrative support to team members. Manage the secure handling and storage of client files and general files, including uploading information into client files. You can read our full position description here under the relevant vacancy. About You Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred). At least two years’ experience providing administrative support to a busy office, preferably in the human services or therapeutic industry. Experience working in a child protection focussed service or similar environment will be advantageous. Proven strong administration skills and an ability to multi-task. Other Requirements Eligibility for a WWCC or professional exemption. Current driver’s licence. Legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
