They invest in their team with ongoing training, career development, and a supportive, collaborative work environment, making them a top choice in the industry About The Opportunity Some of your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop and ensuring a safe working environment Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in both light and heavy vehicles Supervising and training apprentices, providing guidance and support Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conducting diagnostics and high-quality repairs About You The successful candidate will have: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology or Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology Vehicle A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience and valid trade licence for NSW Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology and a manual drivers license Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience with Air conditioning systems and Rego Ticket (desirable) A truck licence would be an advantage What's in it for You?
