This role is key in ensuring smooth project operations while providing high-level administrative support to the Construction Management team. Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide high-level administrative support to the CCO and Construction Manager, including meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and action tracking Manage and lead the project administration team, fostering a positive team culture and supporting career development Oversee end-to-end project setup and site establishment to ensure teams are operational from day one Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle Manage AP/AR processes, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments using systems like Pronto and REDMAP Oversee project documentation and compliance tools (e.g. Aconex, Procore), including RFIs and warranty documentation Lead internal communications, functions, and social initiatives to support team engagement and alignment with company values What makes you stand out The ideal candidate will demonstrate their similar proven project administration experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with information of a sensitive nature.
