About The Role This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with a passion for people and a desire to grow their HR knowledge. As the Human Resources Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the HR function. Working closely with HR Coordinators, Senior HR Advisors, and the HR Manager, you’ll provide essential support across a range of HR activities, including general administration, onboarding coordination, and recruitment assistance. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of HR processes and continue developing your skills in a supportive team environment. The position is based at our South Bank office in Brisbane, conveniently located near public transport. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Preparing employee-related documentation, including letters and general correspondence Coordinating external HR communications, such as reference checks and employment verifications Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to general enquiries, or escalating them as appropriate Supporting payroll compliance by ensuring accurate and timely payroll-related communications Coordinating reimbursement and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) processes Monitoring key employee dates to ensure compliance, including probation periods and work rights Coordinating new starter onboarding process, including fortnightly orientation/induction sessions Supporting HR projects and initiatives, including staff event planning and travel coordination Assisting with general HR team functions and participating in relevant meetings and training sessions About You Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline desired but not essential. Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within HR.
