Your opportunity As a Site Administrator, you will assist the Project Architect/ Coordinator in the design and documentation of specific projects and manage specific tasks in conjunction with, or as delegated by the Project Architect/ Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include: · Assist prepare and issue subcontract tender packages and appropriate addenda during the tender phase. · Maintain tender & subcontract folders and additionally create subcontract. documentation folders (i.e. Scope of Works, Drawings and Specifications) for site team reference on site. · Assist the Contract Administrator with the Project Procurement Strategy. · Assist in compilation of all tender packages and issue to market in accordance with the Project OSAS. · Assist Contract Administrator or SCA with the preparation and issue of Subcontract Agreements to successful subcontractors. · Responsible for establishment and maintenance of the Project Filing System. · Assist in review of subcontractor variations in accordance with subcontract rates, liaising with SPE, PE and Site Manager. · Financial administration Your point of difference · Residential project experience is preferable however not essential · Financial or accounting experience would be a plus · Good analytical skills and high attention to detail · Sound understanding the risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements and requirements · Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control applications · Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills · Sound understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts and subcontracts · Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to foster a strong culture in-line with Mirvac's key values · Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate Life at Mirvac · 93% of our employees said that 'they were proud to work for Mirvac' · Leadership and Professional Development Programs including Mirvac Masters · Diverse workforce with over 25 ethnicities and 33 languages spoken · Discounts across health, wellness, lifestyle, motor vehicle, travel, technology · Rewarded with $1000 Mirvac Securities annually All of these attributes are preferred, if you think you may be the right fit for the role please still apply.
