The Role: You will be responsible for delivering executive level administrative and operational support to the General Manager, Sales and Estimation Manager, and broader Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Prepare documents, letters, briefing papers, reports and presentations Receive, review, and prioritise correspondence Support the day-to-day diary management for both Managers, including organising appointments, meetings, travel and attendance at conferences and functions Support the leadership team in planning and coordinating internal events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively Assist in preparing and managing sales proposals and tenders Supporting the General Manager in the provision of Board and Executive reporting General administration, meeting room setup and MS Teams coordination Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes About You: Proven strong administration skills are essential and previous experience in an Executive Admin Support role is highly advantageous You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated, and have a high level of communication skills Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office Pride yourself on handling the role with professionalism, confidentiality and efficiency This is a permanent full-time role with enormous potential.
