Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for the team, coordinating meetings, managing emails and communications, and overseeing calendar management Organise travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport as required Assist with invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation Prepare reports, format presentations, and assist with audit documentation Manage stakeholder correspondence and respond to external meeting requests Provide general administrative support across the team as required What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in an administrative or team assistant role, ideally within financial services or professional services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data or financial information Well-developed time management skills and the ability to multitask A positive, team-first attitude with the confidence to work independently Why Join This Organisation?
