Due to a high profile newly awarded project, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team and take commercial lead on a landmark $70 million industrial facility based near Jandakot. The Role - Senior Contract Administrator This is a permanent role offering the chance to take ownership of a flagship project from start to finish. You'll be working in a hybrid role, approx 60% head office and 40% on-site, ensuring a strong connection to both commercial strategy and delivery execution. As the Senior CA, you’ll directly report into an experienced Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager, and be responsible for: Full contract administration across the lifecycle of the project Procurement, subcontractor negotiation, scope and package letting Managing progress claims, variations, RFI registers and reporting Supporting cost forecasting, budgeting, and risk control Ensuring compliance with contract and legislative requirements Leading a junior CA or CA team if required Experience Minimum 8 years’ experience in a contract administration role, ideally with exposure to large-scale commercial or industrial builds A proven ability to manage complex procurement and contract negotiation Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management Excellent written and verbal communication Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar What's On Offer $190,000 – $200,000 total package Long-term permanent role on a major project, healthy pipeline of projects and an expanding national business.
