Job description 12-month contract 2:1 FIFO Immediate start Role Opportunity The Senior Site Administrator will be adaptable, and capable of managing a broad scope of site administrative responsibilities to support both EPCM and contractor teams effectively. Benefits $65-70 per hour 2:1 Roster Weekly pay Immediate Start Essential Qualifications & Skills Experience in a Site Administrator role, ideally within the mining, construction, or infrastructure sectors Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and a proactive approach Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in stakeholder engagement Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and site-based systems (e.g. INX, SAP, Aconex desirable) Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate site logistics including accommodation bookings, R&R flights, and site access requests Accurately manage and maintain data across site systems including report generation, schedule updates, and compliance tracking Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and formal correspondence to stakeholders and contractors Oversee document control and records management for the site, ensuring alignment with company procedures and standards Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations and administrative compliance Support the broader EPCM team and contractors with high-level administrative coordination as required About our client A well-established organisation operating across a range of sectors including infrastructure, resources, environment, and energy, with a strong presence on major projects throughout Australia How to Apply Click the APPLY button or contact Emma Walker on 61 8 6467 0664 for a confidential discussion.
