The Position: We are currently seeking applications from experienced Site Administrators to fill the role of Roving Administrator across multiple sites. This position will help assist with ongoing leave coverage and project works as well as working from the Perth Head Office on occasion. Responsibilities/Duties: Assist the Project Managers with the coordination and administration of all projects in an accurate and timely manner. Accurate daily data entry of timecards Ensure preparation of flight manifests and bookings are current and correct for site personnel Acting as a point of contact for external and internal teams proving trusted information. Production data entry Filing and archiving Payroll duties; including running reports, checking for errors and missing data.
