In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks, including: Delivering a professional reception service Supporting theatre administrative functions Facilitating patient admissions and discharges Preparing and running patient/client information reports Undertaking word processing and data entry tasks Providing administrative support for medical records Offering clerical/administrative assistance at relevant sites To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and experience in a healthcare setting would be highly advantageous.
