About the Group Our client is a Tier 1 main building contractor that deliver Melbourne's most complex and iconic construction projects. They have recently won a $250 mil commercial mixed use project and are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join the company. This project will go for around 2 years and is with a large scale listed property group. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for Preparing scopes of work for all sub-contracts Selection of all sub-contractors and procurement Administration of the sub and head contracts Preparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Manage and prepare all variations Management of progress claims on the project About You You will ideally have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator. You will have experience working on complex commercial/mixed use projects and possess strong written and communication skills.
