The Role As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to commissioning, providing engineering expertise, and driving process reliability initiatives across ANZ operations. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role that requires collaboration across engineering teams and regulatory compliance oversight. Duties include: Provide engineering functional expertise for process and capital projects. Manage and participate in cross-functional project teams, offering subject matter expertise. Conduct cost analysis, progress measurement, and reporting, ensuring timely project delivery. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including EPA standards. Develop and implement process and mechanical engineering enhancements. Support instrumentation system upgrades and process reliability programs. Maintain engineering excellence, driving innovation and efficiency across projects Skills & Experience Extensive experience as a Senior Project Engineer in chemical manufacturing or related industry. Degree-qualified Engineer, recognized by the Institution of Engineers, Australia. Extensive hands-on experience in site-based project delivery. Strong multidisciplinary project management skills, with proficiency in design, installation, and commissioning. Strong technical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Applied knowledge of EHS requirements in 24/7 manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
