Key Responsibilities Case Management : Oversee a portfolio of legal debt collection matters, ensuring timely and accurate progression from initiation to resolution. Document Preparation : Draft and review legal documents including statements of claim, affidavits, and court forms. Stakeholder Liaison : Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties to support case strategy and execution. Compliance Oversight : Manage court filing procedures and ensure adherence to statutory and procedural requirements. Records Management : Maintain meticulous documentation and case tracking within legal practice management systems. About You Experience : 5 years of relevant paralegal experience, ideally in debt recovery, litigation, or similar legal practice areas. Knowledge : Strong understanding of court procedures and statutory compliance in NSW. Technical Skills : Proficiency in legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
