About the Role This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll be embedded in cross-functional agile teams and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical delivery. Key responsibilities include: Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements Facilitating workshops and agile ceremonies Performing data analysis, mapping and drafting API specifications Leading customer research and journey mapping exercises Documenting detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria Coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) About You To hit the ground running, you’ll need: Proven experience in a similar BA role Background in retail environments Experience working on eCommerce systems or platforms Strong knowledge of Azure is beneficial Proven experience in ETL and API specification Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, and similar tools The Benefits 6-month contract with strong extension potential Hybrid work model Join a supportive, experienced digital team driving genuine transformation Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
